The last few months have changed the world

The coronavirus has forced many countries to implement various restrictions to increase the security of their citizens. Today, despite the slow lifting of sanctions, we will have to face the consequences they have caused for a long time. Over 40 million Americans have registered with employment agencies. Unemployment in many European countries is the highest for decades.

Economists predict that only a quick return to normality will save employers from forced layoffs.

Optimistic news for the IT sector comes from the United States. Slow defrosting of the local economy causes a significant increase in interest in new projects. Companies offering IT outsourcing services are very popular. According to a NTT report, over 45 percent companies intend to use this type of service over the next 18 months. According to the report, the reason for this trend is to increase the sense of security and the level of services provided by specialists of outsourcing companies. A much better matching of competences and a qualified level of specialists from external companies is to ensure not only faster implementation of projects, but also quality increase.

Another study prepared by Global Managed Services Report 2020 in which more than 1,200 management representatives from 29 countries were asked for opinions shows that in the next few years companies will be particularly looking for expert support in the field of cloud infrastructure.

The financial industry sees the greatest potential in IT outsourcing. Covid-19 has become a threat to the security of many banks. The change of priorities and work model has led to a huge wave of cyber attacks. Lonely companies that do not have adequate IT facilities may not be able to fight off the attack of cyber criminals.
