Trans.eu has undergone a data transformation through the integration of the Synerise platform (CDP/MA) with existing CRM systems. Effective use of Synerise and Persooa APIs allowed for updating and synchronizing data, streamlining operations.
Integration with tools such as Livechat and Callpage enabled automation of lead profile creation and segmentation. The project also developed relationships between company data and employees, facilitating effective segmentation and the introduction of new marketing strategies. The unification of customer data increased control over marketing campaigns, and advanced analytics allowed for more targeted marketing efforts.
As a result, Trans.eu has significantly improved data management and operational efficiency, which has strengthened its position in the international market.
