SOLUTION
RITS Digital developed and implemented a comprehensive integration plan for the Synerise platform (CDP/MA) with CRM and other Trans.eu systems. A key element of the project was the effective use of the Synerise API and Persooa API to synchronize and update data.We implemented dozens of advanced automation and integration scenarios, ensuring data consistency and hierarchy. Optimizing processes, we activated Marketing Automation & AI functionalities, supporting Trans.eu's global operations and marketing strategy.
CONCLUSIONS
Trans.eu has undergone a data transformation through the integration of the Synerise platform (CDP/MA) with existing CRM systems. Effective use of Synerise and Persooa APIs allowed for updating and synchronizing data, streamlining operations.
Integration with tools such as Livechat and Callpage enabled automation of lead profile creation and segmentation. The project also developed relationships between company data and employees, facilitating effective segmentation and the introduction of new marketing strategies. The unification of customer data increased control over marketing campaigns, and advanced analytics allowed for more targeted marketing efforts.
As a result, Trans.eu has significantly improved data management and operational efficiency, which has strengthened its position in the international market.
