Client overview
Among our clients there is a public administration organ that supports the rehabilitation and employment of people with disabilities financed from public funds. The institution carries out a wide range of activities, including financing various programs and projects for rehabilitation, supporting the employment of people with disabilities, providing grants for the purchase of rehabilitation equipment, or subsidizing the construction and modernization of care facilities for people with disabilities. Our client’s stakeholders include people with disabilities, as well as employers, NGOs and institutions. It has more than a dozen branches in its structure.
Services provided
Our client selected RITS Professional Services in a public tender and we have been supplying the institution with our IT professionals as a staff augmentation service since 2022.
Projects purpose
Our IT specialists provide the institution’s employees with first-line IT support and ongoing support for the entire organization on Linux systems and network devices.

Recruitment process
Depending on the specifications of the requirements for IT specialists, the recruitment process takes from one to a maximum of two weeks. During our cooperation so far, 10 specialists have been placed in client projects, half of whom has been hired on a long-term basis.
