In its 18th year, The Global Outsourcing 100® includes leaders and rising stars as well as providers and advisors, all in one comprehensive list. This list is based on received applications. Judging is based on a rigorous scoring methodology that includes a review by an independent panel of IAOP® customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organizations.

The 2024 panel was led by IAOP® CEO, Debi Hamill. The panel includes:

• Daniel Beimborn, Professor at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management,
• Mary D. Lewis, COP, former Sourcing Manager II, Supply Chain Management at T-Mobile,
• Heiko Gewald, Professor at Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences,
• Marc Schermerhorn, COP, Director of Vendor Management at Docusign,
• Michael Nacarato, COP, Senior Director at Transamerica,
• FD Giambattista, Vice President, Partner Management and Governance at UNUM,
• Surinder Rana, former Senior Officer – Global Real Estate | Corporate Services, International Monetary Fund.

For 2023, four areas were considered and judged: Customer References, Awards and Certifications, Programs for Innovation and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
