The gathering wasn’t just about celebration; it was also an opportunity to reflect on the company’s most significant milestones, challenges overcome, and the invaluable contributions of our team.

We took this time to celebrate the individuals who have played an instrumental role in shaping the success and culture of RITS Professional Services.  Firstly, we were greeted by a brief but strong speech by the President of the Supervisory Board, Adam Cudny. Then the CEO, Łukasz Kośnik and Executive Vice President, Arkadiusz Seredyn along with the board member, Tomasz Grabowski responsible for Services & Quality and Małgorzata Bielawska,  Supervisory Board Member responsible for HR & Recruitment,  discussed the company’s next steps and goals for the near future.

An extremely important moment in celebrating our tenth anniversary was the sharing of memories by our employees. Taking part in this open discussion about the history of RITS were: Ewa Lacombe, New Business AVP, long-time employee, key contributor in bringing in major clients to the company, Magda Szumielewicz, Client Success Manager, a renaissance woman who has developed skills in various areas, Hanna Nowakowska, Billing Center Manager, who started from receptionist to head of the entire department, Michał Jaremek, Chief Operating Officer, key contributor to the company’s spectacular growth during the pandemic crisis, Artur Wrzesiński, IT Recruitment, participant in the Graduate Program who has grown into an expert role within the organization, and Marcin Stanisławski, Telco & Retail & E-commerce Practice Director, our „new-old employee” returning. The discussions were run by our brilliant Anna Frąckowiak, the Head of Marketing who created the whole marketing department and its strategy from scratch.

These team members embody the spirit of dedication, innovation, and loyalty that has helped our company grow and thrive over the last ten years. Their commitment and contributions were applauded by everyone, and it was a great reminder of the strong foundation we’ve built together.

One of the highlights of the celebration was the formal introduction of our new brand, MarTech Compass. This exciting development represents the synergy of the innovative companies—Persooa, Content Compass, and Movertica—into one powerful solution for marketing automation. The launch of MarTech Compass is a testament to our commitment to continually evolve and meet the ever-changing needs of the digital marketing landscape.

As we reflected on the past decade, it’s impossible not to feel a sense of pride and accomplishment. Our CEO,  Łukasz Kośnik, captured this sentiment perfectly during his remarks at the celebration: “We believe it’s the people who have built this company, and we could not be more grateful for the unwavering faith and energy they continuously bring to RITS, enabling us to keep growing and pushing boundaries. Without intelligent hires and strong partnerships, we wouldn’t be where we are today, and it’s why we believe our ambitious goals are well within reach.”
