On March 30, students and graduates of STEM, Tech & IT will meet at the RITS Professional Services office in Wrocław. Together with the Perspektywy Education Foundation, the organizer of the largest conference for women in STEM, Tech & IT in Europe and Asia and the largest technology conference in Poland – Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit, we invite you to take part in the event.

As part of this meeting, there will be three parallel workshops on agile team management.

RITS Professional Services will be represented by Maria Janiszewska, Country Manager, and Aleksandra Kamieniecka, HR Manager, who will conduct a leadership workshop. They will verify what the world of technology expects from a modern leader and try to answer the questions asked by the participants:

• Is people management my way?
• I became a leader, now what?
• Case study – how to build a team suitable for carrying out tasks?

Joanna Skoracka, a lawyer by education, project manager by passion with 15 years of experience in management, including 6 years in running IT projects in the Agile methodology – will lead a workshop on Scrum. From Joanna’s workshop, participants will learn:

• What is Scrum and what does the Scrum Master do?
• How to set up a project and what are the „toys” of Scrum (tools necessary in the work of a Scrum Master)?
• What is a self-organizing team and how does it work? Why are soft skills so important?
