Corporate platform for the CEE Banking leader

Creating a digital platform for efficient communication with corporate clients required building a team of IT professionals with excellent knowledge of several specific programming languages by a leading CEE corporate, investment and retail bank. It trusted RITS Professional Services for this task, which, with access to a vast pool of IT talent and recruiters well versed in available resources, identified the client's real needs and responded quickly, becoming a partner in the project.

Our clients include a leading corporate, investment and retail bank with a strong presence in Central and Eastern Europe. In addition to Poland, it operates in more than a dozen countries in the region, offering a wide range of financial services, including (besides its significant involvement in the banking segment) leasing and asset management services. With more than 44,000 employees, it serves nearly 18 million customers.

Services provided

In 2022, the bank came to us with a need for IT specialists, which we supplied as part of a staff augmentation service.

Projects purpose

Our IT specialists have been involved in a project to implement a digital platform designed to streamline communication processes between the bank and its corporate clients. The platform is designed to provide a smooth and efficient channel for exchanging information, ordering financial products and generating reports in a secure digital environment.

Project Team

Our collaboration included skilled IT professionals, each of whom brought unique skills to the project. Roles and technologies included:

  • Senior Analyst (UML/BPMN, Jira, Scrum, Confluence, API, Enterprise Architect, data migration)
  • Frontend Developer (Angular, Typescript, Java Script, AWS, Github)


Recruitment process

Due to the client’s highly demanding requirements for comprehensive knowledge of all necessary programming languages, in this case the recruitment process was extended to a period of 2-3 months. The perfect match to these requirements of the specialists we supplied resulted in the client’s appreciation and the specialists being employed on a long-term basis.

Conclusion

Digitization of banking for corporate customers increases operational efficiency, automates processes, creates tools for data analysis, provides high security and remote service, which helps companies to manage their finances better and, at the same time, improves their competitiveness. With a project completed with another banking client, our IT specialists have once again strengthened their position in meeting the expectations of this demanding industry.
