One of the leading companies in the financial industry required us to create and implement a CRM system in the corporate, retail and call center areas of their organization. The introduction of the CRM system was planned in a period of 18 months, we were asked to manage the entire process.

To help our client achieve their desired outcome we provided them with expertise and took ownership of the entire process. In the course of our cooperation, we have:
