On October 25, 2021, Relyon IT Services sp.z o.o. sp.k. was transformed at RITS Professional Services sp.z o.o.
The company was given a new number in the register of entrepreneurs in the National Court Register – 0000928715 (download the document). NIP, REGON, address and bank account numbers remain unchanged.
Changing the name and legal form does not affect the continuation of the business and the validity of previously concluded contracts. RITS Professional Services sp.z o.o. took over all the rights and obligations of Relyon IT Services sp.z o.o. sp.k. .
