RITS Group Strategically Expands Service Portfolio with New Data/AI and Digital Areas

The investment in Movertica is a natural step in the RITS Group's development towards advanced technologies. The company's flagship services include proprietary solutions in the area of large language models (LLM), built in cooperation with the Polish academic community, including Wrocław University of Science and Technology, as well as advanced agentization for back office and front office areas for corporate clients, utilizing the Salesforce platform, among others.

 

The company will be managed by experienced leaders who recently joined the RITS Group:

Tomasz Grabowski – a manager with nearly 30 years of experience in strategic and      technological  consulting. Most recently associated with Accenture, where he served as Managing   Director, and the Agora Group, as a Member of the Management Board. Tomasz Grabowski will   assume positions on the management boards of both Movertica and RITS Digital.

 

Andrzej Juszczyk – an expert responsible for building competence centers and implementing projects in the areas of AI, Data, and Cloud. He has many years of experience cooperating with global corporations, venture capital funds, and technology start-ups. During his professional career, he managed large human resources teams in software development, Data Warehouse, and Big Data areas, as well as teams in business analytics and predictive modeling. Andrzej Juszczyk will also join the Movertica management board.

Strengthening Digital Competencies and Process Automation

The investment in RITS Digital solidifies the RITS Group's position as a partner in the area of digital transformation. The company specializes in consulting on Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) platforms, building intelligent CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and business process automation, supported by partnerships with companies such as Creatio, Unqork, and Microsoft.

Responsible for the company's management and development is:

Filip Kobielski – Co-founder and CEO of RITS Digital, a technology leader with many years of consulting experience from London, who, before founding the company, headed the Digital Engineering practice and the European Low-Code/No-Code Hub at EY Polska.
