RITS Professional Services launches the first edition of the RITS Snowflake Academy

[Warsaw, December 2025] – RITS Professional Services announces the launch of the pilot edition of the RITS Snowflake Academy – an intensive, six-week development program aimed at data engineers & data scientists with the goal of achieving the SnowPro Core certification and gaining practical readiness for working with the Snowflake platform.

 First edition of the RITS Snowflake Academy 

The program, designed to enhance technological competencies within Data Engineering/data teams, is entirely financed by RITS. It covers both the substantive preparation for the exam and individual mentoring support, a dedicated educational path, and project recommendations after certification is obtained.

Engineers qualified for the RITS Snowflake Academy receive:

  • Free participation – all costs are covered by RITS.
  • Access to a dedicated learning platform with a structured Snowflake training path for self-study.
  • Constant individual mentor support, guiding the participant through the entire educational process.
  • Full coverage of the SnowPro Core exam cost by RITS, along with a structured test preparation plan.
  • Project recommendations and onboarding support after achieving certification.

Investing in the development and future of data competencies

The first edition of the program was targeted at Data Engineers & Data Scientists, including both current consultants and selected candidates who are expected to be converted into consultants engaged in projects upon certification. RITS emphasizes that the initiative is strategic – the company is preparing the growing demand for Snowflake-related competencies in fintech, retail, logistics, and e-commerce projects, as well as in data-driven teams.

The pilot edition of the program was launched in November 2025. Participant feedback will form the basis for modifications and the creation of subsequent iterations of the Academy, allowing us to continuously expand development paths for RITS data engineers.
