Tomasz Grabowski joins the RITS Management Board as a Data & AI Expert

Tomasz’s extensive experience in managing global AI practices and driving digital transformations for key market players represents an invaluable asset for the further development of RITS and our Clients.

Tomasz Grabowski is both a visionary and a hands-on expert in data and artificial intelligence. He began his career at IBM, where he introduced the first Data Mining-class solutions to the Polish market. For more than 20 years, he built and led advisory teams at top consulting firms such as Accenture, KPMG, Deloitte, and PwC. At Accenture, as Partner and Managing Director, he spent 11 years creating and expanding the global “Applied Intelligence” center from the ground up.

Most recently, he served as Management Board Member/CIO at Agora Group, where he was responsible for strategy, technology, ESG, and oversight of subsidiary companies. He also served on the supervisory boards of several organizations, including AMS, Helios, Yieldbird, and HRLink.

Tomasz is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics at the Warsaw University of Technology, where he specialized in information management and analytics.
