Client overview
Our client is a German manufacturer with global outreach, specializing in heating and cooling systems. The company has more than 20 manufacturing companies in more than a dozen countries and distribution companies and sales offices in more than 70 countries. Its products and solutions are used in both private and industrial sectors, aiming to improve energy efficiency and user comfort.

Services provided
In 2023, we provided the client with a staff augmentation service, supplying a team of four IT professionals to carry out ongoing IT projects.

Project Purpose
Our team of specialists was involved in the development and improvement of the client’s own apps. The tasks carried out were aimed at optimizing the functionality and user experience of the apps, aligning them with the client’s strategic goals and user expectations.

Recruitment process
Several hundred of our IT specialists have participated in the client’s projects to date. Some of them are employed on a long-term basis. We usually close the recruitment process in three weeks, and in the case of non-standard competence requirements – two months.
