How to Join us

STEP 1

Introductory Conversation

Your journey begins with a short call (around 15 minutes) with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners. This is an opportunity for us to learn about your expectations, skills, and career goals, so we can match you with the most suitable projects.

Project-Focused Discussion

Next, you’ll meet with a Recruitment Partner who will introduce you to the specific opportunities we have available. Here, you’ll get detailed information about the projects and have the chance to ask any questions you may have.

Meeting the Hiring Team

In the following step, you’ll connect with the Hiring Manager and possibly future team members. This conversation combines technical evaluation (which may include live coding, pair programming, case studies, or a technical interview depending on the role) with an assessment of soft skills where relevant.

Offer and Collaboration

Finally, if we’re the right fit for each other, we’ll extend an offer and look forward to welcoming you on board to start our collaboration.
